Jordyn's passion for veterinary medicine began when she started working at VCA University in 2021 as a Kennel Attendant. She recently joined the team again in January 2024 as a Veterinary Assistant and is currently enrolled in Penn Foster to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
Jordyn appreciates working for VCA because she adores watching the process of sick pets get happy and healthy again. She also enjoys learning new aspects of veterinary medicine every day with new patients.
Outside of work, Jordyn enjoys skiing, hiking in Shenandoah, and playing with her dogs (Max, the Labrador Retriever and Ruby, the Golden Retriever).
In loving memory of Jay Kershenstein, who worked with VCA for 35 years and was an admirable father and friend to many.
