Neha started her career in veterinary medicine by shadowing Dr. Jackson as part of a high school project in 2008. She has worked through all support level positions, as well as served on the leadership team at UVC. She completed her M.B.A. and M.S. in Health Care Management in 2015, and her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification shortly thereafter. In 2020, Neha became a licensed veterinary technician, published her debut book, A Paw Partnership, and recently started relief work in veterinary emergency care. In her free time, Neha enjoys spending time with her canine companions, three German Shepherds: Simba, Leo, and Scottie. She also enjoys staying active, volunteering with rescue, and spending time with her family and friends.
"The reason why I love veterinary medicine is because animals are such genuine creatures, and having the ability to provide care for them is so fulfilling and rewarding. Over the years, I have learned that there is always room to grow and learn in veterinary medicine, which continues to keep the field exciting."
