Monica Rosati
BSc, DVM, DVSc, Dip ACVA
Dr. Rosati graduated from the DVM program at the Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph in 2001. Thereafter, she completed a one year Small Animal Medicine and Surgery internship at Rowley Memorial Animal Hospital in Springfield, MA.

Following the internship, she went into small animal private practice in upstate New York before returning to the OVC for a three year residency in Anesthesia. Dr. Rosati obtained her postgraduate degree, Doctor of Veterinary Science in Anesthesia in 2007, and board certification with the ACVA in 2009.

She has provided services to the University of Illinois and Saskatchewan before coming to the Mississauga-Oakville Veterinary Emergency Hospital. Dr. Rosati achieved first place in the residents research forum in 2006 at ACVA annual meeting in Atlanta, GA. She completed her Doctoral thesis in 2007 on Dopamine and dobutamine combination therapy in isoflurane-anesthesized dogs.
