Dr. Bisesti has been living in Connecticut since 2015 and is originally from Massachusetts. She graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015 and completed her clinical year at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. Following graduation, she completed a rigorous small animal rotating internship in Connecticut at VCA Shoreline Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center in Shelton and VCA Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center in Norwalk. This internship focused on emergency medicine, neurology, surgery, internal medicine, oncology, and cardiology.  Dr. Bisesti then completed a specialized internship in small animal Neurology at VCA Shoreline Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center. Before veterinary school, she was a veterinary technician for seven years.

In her spare time, Dr. Bisesti spends quality time with her friends and family – this includes her son (a rescued terrier mix from St. Kitts whose name is Van) and her two loving cats, Benny and Jett. She also enjoys playing the piano, attending concerts, spending time outside, exercising, and creating stained glass works of art.
