Dr. James Lange grew up in Calgary but relocated to New Zealand after finishing High School. He graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from the University of Auckland in 2011. Following this, he obtained his Veterinary Degree from Massey University. Dr. Lange worked in general practice in rural New Zealand for 18 months before making the trip home to Canada. Here, he completed a rotating small animal internship at Western Veterinary Specialist Centre in 2018. Following the completion of his internship, James remained at Western Veterinary Specialist Centre to work as an emergency veterinarian and is now the Emergency & Critical Care Resident
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running and spending time with his family and 2 spoiled cats, Pookie and Oscar.
